Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced CDP (Chef de Partie) who specializes in Taiwanese and Chinese Cuisine. You must be confident working with a wok, skilled in making dumplings, and experienced in preparing fresh noodles from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Taiwanese dishes to high standards.

• Use a wok confidently for stir-frying, deep frying, and sautéing.

• Make dumplings from scratch, including dough, fillings, and various cooking methods (steamed, boiled, pan-fried).

• Prepare fresh noodles by hand and incorporate them into traditional dishes.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role in an Asian kitchen.

  • Deep knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese culinary techniques.

  • Skilled in wok cooking, dumpling making, and fresh noodle preparation.

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
