We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Development Skills: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java.
• AI/ML Experience: Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• NLP Skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Security: A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications – External

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field
• 10+ Years minimum experience in IT
• Strong backend development skills with hands-on experience in REST API development using FastAPI, Django, and Flask
• Proven ability to design and implement APIs that can manage multiple concurrent connections with low latency
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry)
• Familiarity with distributed tracing, log aggregation, and metrics collection
• Knowledge of security best practices (authentication, authorization, RBAC, secure coding)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to design and build dashboards for real-time and historical data
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and integration
• Understanding of audit trail requirements, compliance, and data privacy
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
