Job Description

As an HR business partner, you will collaborate with employees and managers in the Global IT Hub India, You will support the General Manager and the HR Manager (of Global Engineering Center- GECIA, and the Global IT Hub) in providing quality HR services to the Hub.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the Hire to Retire process in the Global IT Hub
  • You understand the organisations talent expectations and define the key result areas for talent acquisition team.
  • You will align the hiring needs with the business needs and keep evolving our processes for a better approach.
  • You work closely with HR Manager on Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development in Global IT Hub.
  • You will coordinate cyclical processes like Performance Management, Talent Review, Code of Conduct, Salary Review, and Employee Survey. Also ensure high-quality HR services and collaborate with managers and team leads to foster an employee-centric culture focused on quality and performance.
  • You build and execute strategies for recruitment, succession planning, organizational design, and graduate program optimization.
  • You ensure our job descriptions and interview evaluations/ assessments are aligned with our cultural behaviours expectations at Atlas Copco.
  • You have a good liaison and an experience in driving campus recruitment process.
  • Develop and onboard consultants effectively.
  • Create an exemplary onboarding experience for Atlas Copco employees.
  • Maintain data accuracy and actively participate in new global systems like HR Link and LearningLink.
  • Ensure the delivery and execution of actions and activities related to Diversity & Inclusion, actively contributing to the maintenance of a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the Rewards and Recognition Program for the IT Hub. Prepare and complete the reporting of all HR reporting related to the IT Hub.

To succeed, you will need

You are a post graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology or related areas

It will be advantageous to have a previous experience of 6 to 8 years in HR processes

You must have a desirable knowledge of digital HR tools and systems

Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.

Work independently while knowing when to seek support.

Team player who builds support from direct and non-direct reports to achieve goals.
