Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments to avoid conflicts and optimize productivity.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritizing messages and ensuring timely responses to clients.
  • Conduct research on various topics to support business initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations ensuring accurate content and layout.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting functions.
  • Maintain and update contact lists with detailed and organized information.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and interacting with followers.
  • Assist in project management by keeping track of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Provide customer support by answering inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to company privacy policies.
  • Facilitate online meetings by setting up virtual conferencing tools and preparing the agenda.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic online marketing techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
