Photographer & Videographer (225-901)

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and producing engaging video content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life through photography and videography. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in both disciplines and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You should be comfortable with all stages of production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. Being able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute photo and video shoots.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos that meet the project's artistic and technical requirements.
• Edit photos and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Maintain and organize camera equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition.
• Source and scout locations for shoots, ensuring suitability and logistics are considered.
• Ensure all photographic and video content aligns with the brand’s image and guidelines.
• Develop new concepts and creative strategies for visual storytelling and branded content.
• Conduct post-production activities, including color correction, retouching, and special effects.
• Work within set deadlines to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Continuously seek opportunities to integrate new techniques and technologies into creative processes.
• Manage file storage and backup processes to ensure the security and accessibility of digital content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the content creation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment and video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment for video and photography.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for composition.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
