Interior Designer (225-812)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong ability to create sophisticated interior designs that meet client specifications. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing dynamic spaces, ensuring that your designs enhance both usability and beauty. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, as well as collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to execute your designs. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans and elevations.
• Develop concepts and space planning in line with client needs.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, and accessories for each project.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project timelines and adhere to budgets set by clients.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Revise designs and concepts based on client feedback and requests.
• Present design ideas and plans to clients for approval.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for sourcing materials and furnishings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety and building regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Excellent proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to interior design.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation to develop unique interior environments.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective client presentations and team collaborations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
