Job Description

The Real Estate Marketing Manager is a pivotal role that blends creativity, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge to effectively promote properties and drive real estate value. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to successfully promote real estate properties.

  • Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to maintain alignment on property promotions.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing demands or trends.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for advertising materials and marketing assets creation.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM to drive online traffic to property listings and company website.
  • Organize and attend open houses, property tours, and promotional events.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in advertising and promotions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing principles, tools, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
