Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administration & HR Executive to join our team. This role involves managing and overseeing various administrative tasks and human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and display a high level of professionalism in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office functions, as well as supporting HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical files.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural events.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related queries.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in administration and HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
