Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills - Ensure project deadlines are met efficiently Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft SQL Server Administration - Strong understanding of database management and optimization - Experience in performance tuning and query optimization - Knowledge of database security best practices - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full time education is required
