Project Role Description : Professionals who provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation in order to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition.

Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating discussions that drive organizational transformation, and guiding teams in adopting agile methodologies to improve their performance and competitiveness in the market. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the clients strategic goals and objectives, ultimately helping them to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile practices within client organizations. - Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance their business agility. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in establish & monitor governance processes across multiple Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances. - Expertise in Incentive capabilities of Incentive Compensation– Compensation Plan, Payments Life cycle, integrations and data model extensions. - Should have experience in Compensation Plan and Components, Classification and Credit rules, Transaction Process Management,Workflows/Approvals, Participation management,security,Import/Export,Payment Processing, Payment Plan,Dispute Management,SOAP/REST APIs,User Defined Queries, Formulas, Reports and Dashboards - Be part of requirement and design discussions for global Oracle fusion incentive compensation implementations to review and approve Compensation Plan and Credit Rule design framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
