Job Description

An Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day functions within an organization run smoothly and efficiently.   • Manage and mentor operations team to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor operational metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Identify operational issues and implement timely and effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop short- and long-term operational goals.
  • Facilitate training programs to ensure staff are updated with the latest operational practices.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and promote safety policies among team members.
  • Analyse market trends and operational data to improve operational performance.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet the organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an operations supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interaction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using various business software and operational tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
