As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality and compassionate healthcare to patients across various medical settings.   • Maintain accurate, complete, and secure patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and evaluate results in coordination with medical teams.
  • Ensure patient emotional and physical comfort through compassionate and respectful care.
  • Supervise and lead the performance of nursing assistants and other support staff effectively.
  • Participate actively in the discharge planning process to support continuity of care.
  • Prioritize patient safety and infection control measures in all healthcare activities.
  • Stay current with advances in nursing practices and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited educational institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and clinical judgment to address patient needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient computer skills.
