Responsibilities
- Lead & support with design & customer requirement workshops
- Highly confident in configuring Workday integrations (regardless of the technology) with the ability to utilize Workday Community where necessary
- Confident in building accurate estimates for Workday Integration work
- Approve effort estimates of more junior consultants
- High level of understanding of how business utilize HR technology to their advantage and how integrations improve automation
- Manage customer escalations around direct reports work
- Able to work in quick paced environment
- Support in building the CloudRock team based in India through being an advocate for CloudRock through active leadership
- Support and mentor junior resource.
- Full understanding of the Workday deployment methodology & knowledge of Studio, XSLT, PECI, PICOF, CCTP, Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
- Achieve a high level of utilization.
Mandatory Experience
- Must hold a Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study
- 5+ years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications within a consulting/software organization or as an internal consultant
- 3+ years of Workday Integrations Implementations with 1+ year in a leadership role
- Must have experience in managing end to end Workday Integration project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be consultative in their customer approach
- Have excellent oral & written communication skills.
Desired Experience
- Certified in Workday Integration
- Ideally experience of one end to end Workday Project
Necessary Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language
- Effective presentation skills to lead a call / workshops
- Consolidated consulting skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
