Job Description
To plan, lead, organise and control operations of the Structural Department.
To provide technical oversight to the structural staff engaged in design and documentation of projects.
To make authoritative design decisions and recommendations coordinated with project requirements.
To provide leadership in the exchange of knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of new technology and trends.
To develop and maintain positive professional relations when dealing with all stakeholders.
Assign tasks and responsibilities.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Conduct progressive staff performance and development evaluations.
Represent the department in meetings and presentations.
Contribute to the overall growth and development of the firm.
