Master AC Technician

As a Master AC Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics of HVAC systems to identify issues.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques.

• Coordinate with other team members to manage workload and optimize service efficiency.
• Oversee the quality assurance of HVAC installations and routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC Technician with advanced troubleshooting skills.
• State-issued HVAC technician license or certification is mandatory for this role.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC systems operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in varied scenarios.
