• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leases, and other real estate matters.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
• Support dispute resolution and liaise with external counsel when necessary.
• Conduct due diligence for property-related transactions.
• Advise on risk management strategies and legal implications for real estate projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

• A degree in law from a recognised institution and relevant legal qualifications.
• PQE of 8-10 years
• Experience in handling real estate matters, including property transactions and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in India, especially in Maharashtra, Goa and north India
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
