Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct process design of agitator systems based on provided data.
• Perform mechanical design of agitator systems, including shaft design for various mounting options and impeller blade thickness.
• Optimize agitator designs based on process parameters and mechanical considerations to reduce overall costs.
• Lead communication with suppliers and subcontractors regarding design specifications.
• Design and estimate chemical reactors and mixer vessels.
• Utilize technical skills for process and mechanical design of agitators.
• Conduct accurate estimations for agitator designs.
• Apply critical thinking to suggest cost-competitive optimum designs.
• Analyze process information shared by customers for improved agitator design.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure design feasibility and execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Mechanical Design and Process Design
• Hands-on experience as a Design Engineer with exposure to design calculations and design controls
• Proficiency in Design and Development of engineering components and systems
• Ability to perform accurate estimations and optimize designs based on process parameters
• Knowledge of cost-effective design practices and critical thinking for optimum solutions
• Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Nice-to-Have: Experience in Component Design

Education: B.E. in Chemical and/or Mechanical Engineering
