Job Description
- Act as key business partner to the cluster commercial leader
- Lead a team of ~10 marketers across South Asia
- Drive digital transformation across marketing and business functions
- Manage product portfolio with a P&L-driven approach aligned to regional strategy
- Design and optimize cluster marketing organization with a focus on talent and diversity
- Develop and execute cluster-level marketing strategy aligned with regional goals
- Manage marketing budget and maximize ROI
- Improve portfolio margin via mix optimization and maintenance
- Lead channel/trade marketing strategy to enhance logistics footprint
- Coordinate market insights, competitive mapping, and customer solution development
- Align with regional innovation programs and execution plans
- MBA in Marketing with 15+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience
- Proven track record in digital marketing and transformation
- Prior commercial business leadership experience is a strong advantage
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrix organizations
- Willing to be based in Mumbai
