As the Learning and Organizational Development Lead at PWCC, you will be instrumental in devising and executing comprehensive capability-building programs that support the companys strategic goals for precast projects.

Key Deliverables

The Production Foreman is responsible for overseeing the setup, commissioning, and production of various precast concrete elements. This role involves managing the production process, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. The foreman will also address production and quality issues while promoting efficient operations and resolving challenges.

Precast Yard Setup & Commissioning

• Oversee the setup, equipment, and infrastructure for efficient precast production.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the yard is fully operational and ready for production.
  
  

• Supervise the production of various precast elements, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage the entire production process, from preparation and molding to curing and final inspection.
  
  

• Supervise pre-tensioning and post-tensioning operations, ensuring proper execution in line with quality and safety standards.
• Inspect tensioning equipment to ensure proper calibration and functionality.
  
  

• Implement quality control measures to ensure all precast components meet required specifications.
• Regularly inspect precast elements and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  
  

• Address production issues and delays, ensuring smooth and continuous workflow.
• Work with relevant teams to resolve complex production or quality-related challenges.
  
  

• Suggest and implement improvements to increase production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
