Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a critical role in driving company growth and success by developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing plans. This dynamic position involves identifying market opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and coordinating with different departments to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for sales as well as a strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales and Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met while also collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and superior communication abilities to effectively articulate the company’s vision and values.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and data analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and tactics.
  • Present sales and marketing plans and reports to senior management.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and manage a budget for marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior sales and marketing staff to enhance their skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and strategizing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
