Job Description

The position of Executive Billing and Logistics involves managing and overseeing the billing processes and logistical operations within a company. As an Executive Billing and Logistics professional, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate billing while also managing the logistics of product distribution and delivery. This role requires a well-organized individual who can handle the dual responsibilities of processing billing data and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with various departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this position.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire billing operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
  • Develop and implement billing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Review and approve billing invoices and statements before they are sent to clients.
  • Collaborate with the customer service department to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all billing transactions and logistics operations.
  • Analyze logistics and billing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all billing activities.
  • Work with the IT department to upgrade and maintain billing software systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on billing and logistics progress for management review.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members in the billing and logistics team.
  • Participate in strategic planning to improve logistics processes and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in billing and logistics management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes and logistics operations management.
  • Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
