Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRO Solution Lead at the Manager level to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the solutioning process for Human Resource Outsourcing opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements through RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and crafting compelling, customized HRO solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to understand client requirements, pain points, and expectations.
  • Design end-to-end HRO solutions including service delivery models, technology enablers, transition plans, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations, technology, legal, finance, and sales to build comprehensive proposals.
  • Develop solution artifacts such as solution blueprints, value propositions, and delivery models.
  • Present solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the value and differentiation.
  • Stay updated on HRO trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure innovative and future-ready solutions.
  • Support due diligence, client workshops, and oral presentations as part of the sales cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in HR operations, HRO solutioning, or HR consulting.
  • Proven experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and leading solution design for large-scale HR outsourcing deals.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire), HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with global HR outsourcing engagements.
  • Exposure to pricing models and commercial constructs.
  • Familiarity with automation, analytics, and digital HR tools.
