Job Title : Reliability Data Analyst

Purpose:

• Deliver monthly reliability reports per project in line with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and/or contractual commitments.
• Apply Alstom Transport Engineering/RAM processes and instructions.
  
  

• Reports to : RAMS Group Manager or Site RAMS Manager
• Internal Interfaces :
• Engineering: SE, SSE, TxE, TPM
• Project: Project Operation Manager (PrOM)
• Services/Warranty: ILS/LCC Engineer, Project Warranty Manager (PrWM)
• RAM Engineering counterparts on related projects
• External Interfaces :
• External suppliers
• Information Solutions: RailSys Light, DWH, Business Object tools
  

• Timely issuance of periodic reliability reports
• Statistical analysis to identify technical weaknesses
• Compliance with Alstom Transport/Engineering RAM processes
  
  

• Ensuring timely and high-quality reliability reports
• Escalating issues or abnormalities to the next level (N+1)
  
  

• Coordinating with Services/Warranty Implementation (WI) depots to ensure proper execution of the Reliability Demonstration Plan
• Challenging WI teams to ensure complete and accurate data capture in RailSys Light
• Providing feedback to improve data quality
• Ensuring readiness and quality of data for new depot implementations
• Applying AT Engineering/RAM processes and instructions

• Database management
• Electrical and/or electromechanical engineering
