• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure dashboards are optimized for usability, performance, and scalability.
  
  

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Design and implement data models, schemas, and database structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Perform data integration across heterogeneous systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  
  

• Develop and manage Power Apps solutions to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and enhance productivity.
• Integrate Power Apps with existing BI and data platforms for seamless data-driven operations.
  
  

• Perform data validation, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high data accuracy and integrity.
• Establish best practices for data governance, metadata management, and data security compliance.
  
  

• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business problems into scalable BI solutions.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users, enabling self-service analytics adoption.
  
  

• Stay updated with emerging technologies in data analytics, AI/GenAI, and cloud-based BI tools.
• Proactively recommend enhancements and innovative solutions for data-driven :
  
  

• 7+ years of proven experience in Tableau development (interactive dashboards, advanced calculations, performance tuning).
• 5+ years of expertise in MS SQL Server and relational database design.
• 2+ years of experience with Power Apps for workflow automation and custom application development.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in ETL processes, SQL optimization, and database management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for BI deployments is preferred.
• Familiarity with GenAI/AI-powered analytics tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience with other BI and data tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R for analytics) is a plus.
