Graphic Designer (225-612)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and creative departments to create compelling graphics that capture our brand strategy and business goals. You will be involved in all stages of design projects, from concept and visual development to prototyping and production. Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative concepts for various digital and print projects.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure designs align with brand messaging.
• Produce visual designs and revisions that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
• Create and maintain graphic standards and brand consistency across all media.
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design tools, software, and industry trends.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas in a clear, concise manner.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
• Utilize feedback to refine and improve designs, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain digital library of images, logos, and collateral files for easy access.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives.
• Understand and apply UX/UI principles in digital design projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for visual details and style.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
