Publicis Sapient is looking for Senior Manager Quality Engineering – Automation Testing Architect to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:

• Develop and manage issues/workstreams of increasing complexity, scope and process.
• Hands-on in designing, developing Test Automation frameworks using Open Source, Commercial Tools. Coming up with Automation framework strategy at Enterprise level applications.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and junior consultants on issues/workstreams of increasing complexity, scope and process to conceive and deliver digital business transformation
• This role involves leading teams in delivering integrated client test solutions.
• Sr manager role primarily entails managing the testing for client while providing direction (Combination of hands-on experience and formulating strategic solutions, while providing guidance to engineers)
• Designing architecture for test systems, test automation, tools and frameworks, test delivery, client management, team leadership and development, and business development and bring in E2E Business outcome thinking in process.
  
  

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Thorough understanding of working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban
• Following experience on tools/ technologies is desired.
• Testing tools – Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Test Complete (Optional)
• Test Frameworks – Experience of designing and implementing TDD, BDD Cucumber, TestNG, Page Object Model, Hybrid automation frameworks for Web , API and mobile testing
• Devops and CI/CD tools –Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT. Code coverage tools like Sonar

• Mobile Automation, Services Automation, Database Automation, Data Reconciliation Testing (exposure)
• Cloud Testing tools—Real-world exposure to any cloud platform GCP/ AWS/ Azure. Compliance testing- Terraform using Chef In spec. Chaos Testing using tools like Chaos Monkey, Gremlin, etc. testing of cloud native components
• Cross Browsers, Device Testing Strategy using Cloud Platforms like Sauce Labs, Browser Stack, Perfecto
• Test Management – JIRA Xray, TestRail, JIRA and Xray Open APIs
• Performance Tools – Gatling, JMeter, Load Runner
• Security testing: Any open source in Security Burpsuite, Zaproxy or Commercial IBM Appscan etc.
• Accessibility testing: Any open source Accessibility tools AXE CORE, AXE Dev, WAT, WAVE, HTML validator etc...and commercial like JAWS, NVDA etc...
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or master’s degree, equivalent combination of education, training and work experience may be suitable.

• Thorough understanding of working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban
• Technologies – Proficient in 1 object-oriented programming language. Unit testing tools
• Junit or equivalent. Grip on JSON, YAML and XML parsing and manipulations.
• Understanding of web DOM, relational and non-relational database technologies. Shell scripting and Unix commands.
