As the new
Business Development Manager for
Channel Sales,
you will partner with the biggest names in software vendor management, including
Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Symantec, VMware, IBM, and Oracle. You will be supporting our customers by delivering extensive end-to-end services intended to accelerate their digital transformations, by
focusing on
volume software licensing, software cloud analytics, cloud adoption, digital engineering, machine learning, and predictive analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a partner acquisition and enablement strategy to expand our cloud distribution network
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, MSPs, SIs) aligned with company objectives
- Drive joint business plans with partners to meet revenue, margin, and market share goals
- Collaborate with cloud OEMs (AWS, Azure, etc.) to drive co-sell motions
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to refine GTM strategy, and conduct sales enablement sessions to help partners position cloud solutions effectively
Your Competencies:
- 6+ years’ experience from similar business area, such as vendors, services providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs
- Solid experience from recruiting and developing partners within the IT Channel
- Experience with Microsoft CSP Business, as well as AWS business
- Specific sales experience with cloud, licensing and services

- You are an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- You have proven business acumen and a results-oriented approach
- You are a confident sales hunter with a natural ability to identify opportunities
