As our Full Stack Engineering Manager, you will lead a vibrant team of 8–10 engineers through rapid growth and innovation. You’ll take full ownership of feature delivery across web and mobile platforms, guiding technical strategy and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Your role is strategic, technical, and collaborative, empowering your team to deliver outstanding products that drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-caliber engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
• End-to-End Project Management: Own the execution of complex projects from ideation to deployment, effectively managing timelines, quality, risks, and communication.
• Technical Strategy & Oversight: Provide strategic direction, ensuring architectural decisions support scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the technical point of contact, aligning engineering goals with product, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Quality & Standards Enforcement: Champion robust coding standards, rigorous testing, CI/CD processes, and maintain excellent observability practices.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve development practices, adopt innovative technologies, and enhance team productivity and efficiency.

• Unified User Experience: Spearhead continuous enhancement of our React and React Native applications, providing seamless experiences across products like WizOrder and WizShop.
• Backend Excellence: Optimize and scale our FastAPI-driven backend infrastructure to deliver lightning-fast, highly available APIs and microservices.
• Technology Evolution: Regularly assess emerging technologies, incorporating them strategically to stay ahead of the market.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech company. Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing engineering teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Full Stack Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in Python (FastAPI OR django), and React
• High-Growth Product Experience: Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, and maintaining high-growth, customer-facing products with complex integrations, or performance-critical applications.
• Cross-Functional Effectiveness: Proven record of delivering complex projects in collaboration with product, design, QA, and business teams.
• Architectural Competence: Deep understanding of scalable architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure), serverless architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
• Decisive Leadership: Experience confidently making tough decisions around architecture, technical debt, and resource management.
• Commitment to Quality: Passionate about engineering excellence, emphasizing rigorous testing, automated CI/CD pipelines, observability, and thorough code reviews.

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, CRM, or sales-tech.
• Familiarity with AI integrations or GenAI product environments.
