Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proficient Female Driver cum Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled behind the wheel and can also manage various personal and administrative tasks. The candidate will be expected to provide safe and efficient transportation services, while also handling a variety of responsibilities that may include scheduling meetings, running errands, and providing support for both personal and professional tasks. The ideal applicant will have outstanding time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain exposure to various business functions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and timely transportation services for the employer at all times.
  • Manage day-to-day personal and professional errands efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and personal appointments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, reporting any issues as they arise.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with personal and sensitive information.
  • Conduct research and provide actionable insights for both personal and business projects.
  • Organize and manage travel itineraries, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records as directed by the employer.
  • Execute clerical and administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and documentation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the employer in line with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the employer and other stakeholders when required.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination within different departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role or environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively handle assignments.
  • Familiarity with basic office software and tools, such as MS Office suite.
  • Experience in managing travel itineraries, bookings, and personal schedules is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethics.
