Job Description

The Property Acquisition Executive plays a crucial role in expanding our company's property portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and securing new property deals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for potential investment opportunities and a strong understanding of the property market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a robust network of industry contacts, and the ability to drive key acquisition strategies. As a pivotal link between the company and property owners, the Property Acquisition Executive will also ensure that all acquisitions align with the company’s objectives and budget requirements. The role demands a professional who is proactive, results-driven, and has a refined acumen for analyzing market trends and evaluating property values. The candidate must be prepared to work in a dynamic environment where travel and fieldwork are integral facets of the job.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze prospective property acquisition opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis and financial modeling, for potential acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with property owners and representatives.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed acquisition proposals and reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate property valuation, appraisal processes, and site visits as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Support the integration of acquired properties into the company’s portfolio smoothly and efficiently.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to enhance network and market knowledge.
  • Develop strategic acquisition plans to enhance long-term company growth potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property acquisition or related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and economic principles.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methods.
  • Ability to travel frequently and conduct site visits as required.
  • Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, zoning regulations, and land-use planning is preferred.
