Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.
• Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times.
• Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts to manage inventory movement.
• Update inventory records in the warehouse management system to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring careful handling of goods.
• Coordinate with logistics personnel to support on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or damages to goods.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and knowledge of logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
