Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate processes.
• Perform project closure activities and ensure all project deliverables are completed.
• Work closely with software development teams to track progress and resolve issues.
• Enhance team performance by offering guidance and motivation to team members.
• Assure quality standards are maintained during the project life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within IT/technology environments.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered a significant advantage.
