We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Materials Management (MM) Consultant to join our SAP transformation initiative within the FMCG industry. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong functional SAP expertise with a deep understanding of procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As part of the S/4HANA implementation team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA S2P/MM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
• Configure and manage key MM components, including:
• Procurement (Purchasing, Contracts, RFQs, Source Lists)
• Inventory Management and Goods Movements
• Material Master Data Management
• Invoice Verification and Account Determination
• Subcontracting, Consignment, and Third-Party Procurement
• Ensure seamless integration with related modules — FI (Accounts Payable), SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.
• Prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide post–go-live support and continuous process optimization.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for key business stakeholders.
• Drive best practices and contribute to process digitalization initiatives within the S2P domain.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / S2P / P2P modules, including at least one full S/4HANA implementation.
• Deep understanding of procurement and sourcing processes within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of integration points with FI, PP, SD, and WM modules.
• Experience with inventory valuation, automatic account determination, and release strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Central Procurement, or Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLC).
• Familiarity with Fiori apps and S/4HANA embedded analytics.
• Exposure to Indirect Procurement, Contract Management, or E-invoicing solutions.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
