Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the recruitment and hiring process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the HR team in attracting, screening, and guiding potential candidates through our hiring journey. You will manage candidates' experience, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the process. Your engagement will include coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. By collaborating closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you will contribute to building a strong workforce that aligns with our organizational goals and cultural values. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will ensure that all recruitment activities are executed to the highest standard.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across various locations.
  • Manage and streamline communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
  • Post job advertisements and monitor online recruitment platforms for effective visibility.
  • Assist in screening resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Organize and maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records meticulously.
  • Provide support during the offer and onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on multiple initiatives to improve candidate experience.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks to support the recruitment department's efficiency.
  • Track and manage applicant information and status within the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Facilitate candidate informational meetings and recruitment-related events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles within an HR department.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for candidate engagement.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive recruitment information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
