We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Consultant with solid experience in the FMCG industry and a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end PM process design, system configuration, and integration within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze maintenance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and configure PM components, including:
• Equipment Management
• Preventive Maintenance
• Work Order Management
• Notifications
• Refurbishment Processes
• Ensure integration with related modules — MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO.
• Support master data setup, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process optimization.
• Document functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom enhancements.
• Conduct user training and ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for maintenance process digitalization and automation within FMCG production plants.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support.
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PM, with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Experience integrating PM with MM, PP, and QM modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in PM or S/4HANA (preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to Plant Maintenance.
• Knowledge of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) best practices.
• Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance and IoT integration.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum project environments.
