MS Defender for Endpoint

Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute deployments in complex networks.

Configure and install MS agents, ensuring proper integration with existing infrastructure.

Validate the successful installation and functionality of MS components on devices.

Proven experience with Microsoft Defender administration and support.

Troubleshooting and Support

Investigate and resolve failed MSD installations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Monitor MSD logs and alerts for potential issues, proactively addressing anomalies and errors.

Engage with relevant support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Technical Skills

Proven experience with security agents deployment and support in a Windows and Linux environment.

Solid understanding of networking principles TCP IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.

Familiarity with scripting languages e.g., PowerShell, Bash for automation and troubleshooting.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Ability to collaborate with technical teams to gather necessary information and translate it into clear, structured documentation.

Desirable

Expertise with other cyber security tools, like Vulnerability Management or SIEM.
