Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals through effective team management and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with back-end frameworks and databases. - Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications.
