Revenue Cycle – Front End Solution Consultant

Location: Remote

Summary: The Revenue Cycle – Front End Solution Consultant configures, tests, and supports patient access and registration workflows, delivering reliable front-end revenue cycle processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Configure patient registration parameters, scheduling rules, and eligibility checking per design specs.
• Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; document outcomes and manage defect resolution with offshore teams.
• Provide tier-2 support for patient access workflows.
• Assist in migrating patient demographics, scheduling, and eligibility data.
• Maintain detailed configuration runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Train registration and scheduling staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Monitor front-end transaction performance and recommend optimizations.
  
  

• Proven configuration experience with Cerner Patient Access and Scheduling modules.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation and reporting.
  
  

• 4–6 years of Cerner front-end revenue cycle implementation or support.
• Demonstrated success optimizing patient access workflows.
  
  

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
