About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Research Intern who will play a key role in fuelling our sales pipeline. This role blends research, AI-driven efficiency, and communication skills, you’ll not only identify and organize potential leads but also assist in note-taking, demo support, and pitching preparation. You’ll be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, learning how to leverage AI tools for research and content drafting, manage Google Workspace tasks for smooth operations, and contribute directly to outreach and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research: Identify potential clients, stakeholders, and industry trends using LinkedIn, AI tools, and market databases
  • Database Management: Organize and maintain lead data in Excel/Google Sheets & CRM systems
  • AI Utilization: Use AI tools for summarizing information, drafting outreach messages, and improving efficiency
  • Client Call Support: Join demo calls, capture detailed notes/MoM, and share action points with the team
  • Google Workspace Management: Schedule calendar invites, manage docs, track follow-ups, and maintain structured communication
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team in preparing pitch decks, personalized outreach, and follow-up communication
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing to identify research patterns and improve targeting strategies


Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong research mindset – curious, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Hands-on with AI/GenAI tools (for research, summarization, drafting, or productivity)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, organizing data)
  • Strong note-taking skills with the ability to capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) clearly and quickly
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Natural inclination towards sales, pitching, and client engagement
  • Access to reliable, steady internet and a quiet work environment
  • Students/freshers welcome – must be able to dedicate 8-9 hours/day
