Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Responsibilities
- Product Manager for Creator Data Platform supports millions of Creators and support agents across the world.
- Product goal, strategy and roadmap to improve the AI/LLM support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues quickly.
- Work with creators, agents and subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop an effective data platform.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver innovative, compelling, and effective product/support experiences on various Youtube surfaces.
- Partner with product teams across YouTube Business Technology, and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences fit seamlessly.
