We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. They should possess strong negotiation skills and be confident in building and maintaining client relationships.

This role will involve outbound calling, managing existing clients, and tracking sales metrics to achieve targets. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable with traveling within Bangalore for client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list or database.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • ⁠ ⁠Work within the specified timings of 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • ⁠ ⁠Travel within Bangalore for client meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Engineering.
  • ⁠ ⁠Possession of a valid Drivers License and a Bike is mandatory.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product/service benefits effectively...
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.

Package

  • ⁠ ⁠ Salary hike on current CTC.
  • ⁠ ⁠Quarterly hike (10% every quarter)
  • ⁠ ⁠Incentives based on performance (Uncapped - 75k to 1.5L

per month)
