1Expertise and knowledge1. Work in an Agile environment to record and analyze Business Requirements; convert Business Requirements to System Requirements and User Stories ensuring requirements are actionable, measurable, testable, traceable and satisfy the needs of both Business and IT stakeholders. Not only provide conventional solutions, but he/she will also suggest innovative methods for efficient automation.
2. More than 3-5 year experience in creating Process Design Document (PDD) for RPA developments, Exception management, facilitate PDD sign-off. Ensure the current business process is fully understood and documented via the Process Definition Document.
- Detail understanding of at least two business domains (e.g. Fin, HR, P&L etc.). And have detail understanding about functional ERPs e.g. SAP, Workday.
- Experience in RPA process design and automation best practice and have successfully completed more than 10 projects in the past as a BA/PA.
- Expertise in creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
- Strong functional background and drive process diagnostic to identify process improvement opportunity using digital technologies independently. In addition to RPA, he/she should have knowledge of new digital technologies OCR, AI, Chatbot etc.
- At least total 5 years of experience and 2-3 plus years of experience in Process Analyst role.
- Work with IS delivery team during bot deployment and clarify their all questions / clarifications regarding process and provide clarity about same.
- During bot / solution deployment be the single point of contact for Customer and escalate in case anything is not going as per project timeline / delivery point of view.
- Have detail understanding about improvement & automation oppurtunity with VBA, Power App, Power automate, Power BI & New technology
- Able to identify and create end to end solutions for improvement & automation oppurtunity with VBA, Power App, Power automate, Power BI & New technology (for any 2 highlighted technologies)
- Have a regular connect with SMEs and lead discussion about deployed bot and understand effectivess of bot (is it working, not working, needs changes since process got changed). Need to have discussion with IS delivery team / support team abd highlight required changes in existing bot and make sure deployed bot is working effectively and used.
- Self Learning : Be curious to learn new technology in automation field, which can be deployed to improve efficiency e.g. Generative AI. Share learning with team members to increase awareness about new technologies.
2BPA CoE development1. Can establish the roles and responsibilites of BPA CoE with the help of DTL
- Conduct workshops in hub level to increase the awareness about RPA and partner with SME/Process owner for jointly implement RPA strategy/Plan
X. Able to conceptualization of used cases to drive adoption of robotics solutions.
Y. Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to business processes in order to improve overall organization performance.
Z. Support the RPA Lead and Technical Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles
4Business Process Management (The discipline in which people use various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes)1. Experience in using graphical representation to augment textual requirements (e.g. diagrams, models, process and data flows, etc.).
- Detail knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
5Mentor / Coach1. Mentor and coach Process Analyst candidates.
- Provide internal/external (function specific) PDD preparation and RPA related trainings/workshops.
6Digital mindset development1. Proven track record of involvement in digital transformation initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with teams to encourage RPA growth and awareness
7Project Management1. Capable of
creating, executing project plan and regularly maintain it.
- Documents progress and impact of activities, and compiles reports for communicating project status.
- Has good and effective Knowledge of governance model, regulations, audit requirements.
- Able to create project escalation matrix with help.
8Communication1. Listen attentively without interruption. Demonstrate always an active listening attitude and shows ability to question specific topics in an assertive manner. Aknowledge content and the feelings of the speaker.
- Positive and respectful in communication while making constructive requests. Articulate message clearly in statements.
