Job Description

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing efforts by reaching out to potential customers and clients over the phone. One of your core responsibilities will be to effectively communicate our product or service offerings, identify sales opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, you will engage in proactive outreach, presenting our products or services compellingly and convincingly. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. Working collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams, you will help strategize and implement marketing campaigns that align with our company’s growth objectives. Your ability to persuade, negotiate, and convey the value of our offerings will be pivotal to enhancing our market presence and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized product or service solutions.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback on telemarketing operations and customer responses for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into sales.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity and customer feedback.
  • Assist in developing scripts for phone calls to enhance sales conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telemarketing executive or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive speaking ability.
  • Strong negotiation skills and capability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for addressing customer needs.
