Role Summary

The Head of People & Culture will lead organizational development, culture, and people strategy to enable business growth. The role balances strategy and execution across talent, engagement, operations, and analytics, ensuring a thriving and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Organizational Development & Change
  • Drive change management initiatives ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business goals.
  • Shape organizational culture, foster inclusion, and embed company values across teams.
  • Talent Development
  • Build leadership and succession pipelines.
  • Design and implement learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Talent Management
  • Oversee performance management, career progression, and succession planning.
  • Lead rewards, recognition, and retention programs to strengthen engagement.
  • HR Business Partnerships
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational needs.
  • Guide HRBPs to deliver initiatives that improve both business outcomes and employee experience.
  • HR Operations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Streamline HR processes and implement automation for operational efficiency.
  • Internal Communication & Engagement
  • Strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
  • Drive transparent communication across levels to reinforce trust and alignment.
  • HR Tech & Analytics
  • Leverage HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights on workforce trends, productivity, and ROI of HR initiatives.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 12-15 years progressive HR experience; 7-8 years in leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
