Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing requirements. You will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, connecting with potential candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process. You should have a keen eye for identifying the best candidates and be passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical for success, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and processes.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in a relevant industry or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with company culture.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
