Lab Technician (225-810)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collect, label, and analyze samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, such as centrifuges and spectrometers.
• Document test results and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment at all times.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain required safety documentation.
• Collaborate with research scientists and other team members on projects.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Perform calibrations and troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Receive and properly store incoming laboratory materials and samples.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory information systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and chemical hazards.
