Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Support the roll-out of new applications and upgrades.
• Establish and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of IT services.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT professionals for problem resolution.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
• Conduct regular system audits and backups for data integrity and disaster recovery.
• Oversee and manage network servers and technology tools.
• Create and manage analytics for reporting on IT operations and projects.
• Provide technical support and training for users to improve IT literacy.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Expert or similar role with IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for effective troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure situations.
• Experience in network management and system administration tasks.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and data protection practices.
