Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input for improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to understand and address client needs swiftly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
