As an HR Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of shaping the workforce of our organization. You will lead a team dedicated to finding, attracting, and retaining top talent. Your role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that we hire the best candidates while promoting our brand as an employer of choice. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting high-quality talent in line with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance employer brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to source potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure our recruitment practices are competitive.
  • Develop and manage recruitment budgets effectively to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in diverse settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
