Responsibilities

  • Conduct reference checks and background checks to validate candidate information.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
  • Use various platforms and tools to promote job openings effectively.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Advise on market trends and compensation issues to attract the best talent.
  • Partner with HR to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions concurrently.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Effective negotiation skills and experience in a competitive job market.
